Pinned It! Made It!... well kind of...

Someone put this line of a song on pinterest and I loved it!  I decided I needed to make something that I could look at and read and believe lol!  I bought a canvas for $2.00 at Kroger on a clearance sale and spray painted it white.  Then I made a stencil for the wording and put the design on with a pencil eraser.  I really like how it turned out and I still love the saying.  It is hanging proudly in my craft room. 

I am working on a couple little projects... nothing too time consuming or hard... I will share as soon as I get them complete!  Have a great week!

Happy Easter!!!!

Easter egg hunt, dodgeball tournament, golf cart rides and lots of yummy treats!!  My sister totally outdid herself with her Easter celebration yesterday.  A fun time was had by all.  She also got this great picture of all 4 of my kids.  It is hard getting 4 adults in one place at the same time!  Wishing you a Happy Easter and family celebration as well :)

busy busy busy...

I am working on soooo many things I think I am starting to overwhelm myself!!!  I keep reminding myself that just because I now have a craft room does NOT mean I need to jump in and do every craft I have ever dreamed of in a week!  Pinterest makes it tough too with all of the amazing ideas on there and I want 1 of each :)  So really what it boils down to is I have several things started, several things half done, and absolutely NOTHING complete to share.  My goal is to focus on one idea and complete it, no matter how big or small it may be.  Check back.... I will have something to share..... I will ;)  Have a great weekend.

My daughter Ali and I are totally addicted to Pinterest!!!!!  We love everything about it and spend probably way too much time on the computer looking at the different pins.  The whold idea for me starting this blog so I could share our projects from pinterest and other things. 

These cupcakes have been everywhere on blogs, pinterest and all over the internet.  They are super cute and they were so yummy!!! Didn't they turn out great?!

This scrapbook was headed to the garbage and I saved it just in time for a redo! It is covered in fabric with a cute pink pompom trim.... I really like how it turned out! Now I am off to do more pages to fill it up :) Have a good night!
